Why Jamie
A Realtor Who Knows the City of Angels
Los Angeles isn't one market — it's dozens of them, each with its own rhythm, price point, and unwritten rules. Jamie has spent 23 years learning them city by city, block by block, so you're working with someone who actually knows the ground you're standing on — not just the comps.
In a market this competitive, an experienced agent is worth their weight in gold — someone who knows how to get homes sold and offers accepted. Jamie is easily reachable throughout the process, and her team handles the details so everything moves as smoothly as possible. From the first showing to closing day, you're in great hands.

Where Jamie Works
Not just names on a map — Jamie knows these neighborhoods block by block, and brings that local knowledge to every offer she helps write.
Malibu
A best-kept local secret is Leo Carrillo State Park — my family has camped there many times, and the ocean views are stunning. I even used to sing in an R&B band at the historic Malibu Inn, which recently became Aviator Nation Dreamland.
Pacific Palisades
The Getty Villa is one of the most beautiful local treasures — a museum overlooking the Pacific with incredible views, charming grounds, and remarkable artwork.
Santa Monica
I sold 639 16th Street, in the coveted North of Montana neighborhood, and condos on both sides of the 10 Freeway leading straight to the Pacific — including 610 Strand St. #15, just blocks from the ocean. I loved weekend brunches at Ivy at the Shore (where I learned to make the best margaritas), and after a hike at the Paseo Miramar Trailhead, a hearty breakfast — or a late-night cocktail — at the famous Chez Jay's.
Venice
Weekend brunches at The Rose Café and workouts at the famous Gold's Gym are two of my favorite Venice traditions.
Marina del Rey
I've sold many units in the Marina Arts District on Glencoe Avenue. On weekends I love riding bikes along the marina, stopping at Salt — one of my favorite waterfront restaurants — and catching summer music festivals at Burton Chase Park.
Playa del Rey
I've sold oceanfront homes on Trolleyway, including 6973 and 6975 — overlooking the sand and the ocean. Weekends here mean bike rides along the Strand to the South Bay, picnics at Dockweiler Beach, and Playa Provisions — plus Sunday morning football at Mo's, where the actual owner inspired a character on The Simpsons.
El Segundo
A Michelin-starred chef opened Jame Enoteca here, and it doesn't disappoint. Summer brings festivals like the Hometown Fair every year, and don't miss one of the best tiki bars in LA — Purple Orchid.
Manhattan Beach
I sold 1516 Curtis Avenue, in the Mira Costa section. I love people-watching from restaurants along the Strand, and learned to love uni at the local favorite Fishing with Dynamite.
Hermosa Beach
Another great pier, with a ton of restaurants where the local color really comes out. I once met a woman at the Vista Bar who'd brought her tortoise in for a beer — only in Hermosa. Hennessey's Tavern is another favorite, for people-watching from the patio.
Redondo Beach
I've sold 1933 Ruhland Avenue and 1823 Stanford Avenue — on Redondo's famous 'tall and skinny' street — here in town. There's a great marina too, with local diving and seaside restaurants like Bluewater Grill. Riviera Village is a fun section to shop and stroll — the local shops and eateries give this area so much charm.
Palos Verdes
Perched high on a hill, this city has some of the best ocean views anywhere. Don't skip the luxurious Terranea Resort — I've sat by the pool and watched whales breaching off the coast, sometimes even blue whales. Ocean Trails Reserve has some of the best hiking around; I've walked many miles along these ocean-view trails, and they're amazing.
Long Beach
Home to the retired Queen Mary, which I've been visiting since I was 12 — it's also reportedly haunted. I've sold condos in the walkable downtown area too, like 445 West 6th Street No. 205. The city now hosts the Acura Grand Prix each year, which is so fun to watch from a downtown high-rise, something I've done several times. For kids, the Long Beach Aquarium doesn't disappoint either.
